Error 2005 when trying to add Apple Watch Cellular

I have just got a 'sim only ' plan for my iphone and once it was set up and my old number ported accross , I then got a One Number extra added to my pla. I am getting the  'Error 2005' message when trying to set up my mobile plan on my iphone Apple Watch app, I also purchased Series 4 Apple Watch outright from Apple.

 

Please can someone advise as I have not had much luck over the phone or via chat.

After attempts by agents in the chat, in-store and tech support over the phone, finally it has been resolved in a matter of minutes by the person I spoke to when I went via the route of cancelling my plan. :Hmm_Face:

 

MY 'EID' for the watch was not linked to my one number, I gave this over the phone and within 30 minutes a text came through to say my device is ready to go. I restarted both my iPhone and Apple Watch and everything kicked in without fuss. :Thumbs_Up:
