Each time I try to launch the Vodafone app on my iPhone all I get is an error message: Error code: 2115 - see screen shot below - this has been on-going for a few weeks now. It worked OK to begin with.
This error was also flagged by someone on here back in August, but it does not seem to have been resolved.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

If you still have problems as in the linked thread, speak to the Social Team and they will look at the problem closely.

Installed the My Vodaphone app 4 weeks ago. It worked first time but when I tried to access the app again last week it’s has error 2115 coming up all the time. Been trying for a few days now. What’s the fix?

Hello
Go to:
Settings -> Apps -> MyVodafone -> Storage&Cache
Clear cache
Clear storage
Restart app, login again.
Done.

I had the same problem on my iPhone SE. I bought a new iPhone 13. I hoped this would work same problem.
I suddenly realised the problem, my username did NOT contain an an email address, it was like fred.h.bloggs
So I changed the account logon name to an email address e.g. [Removed]
Eureka, the APP works every time now.
Its no use asking Vodafone, they fairly clueless. I hope this works for you.
