I received an email confirming that I’ve successfully switched from EE to Vodafone by my phone now says no service. Should I be expecting a new SIM card or how should I go about this

Hey @missyjen If you drop a message to the Social Media Team, they can check your port-in request and make sure everything is set up on your account. If you need a new SIM, they can also arrange this for you
