Swapping Apple Watch??

I have my Apple Watch connected through One Number. If I were to decide to jump the iOS ship, would the One Number still work on a different set up? i.e. if I got a galaxy phone and galaxy watch? 
After swapping sims, would my one number still work...??

@pshoat Apple Phones and Apple watches are paired using our OneNumber service. Samsung phones and Samsung watches can be paired using Galaxy Wearables without the need for our OneNumber service, although this will also work in pairing the Samsung devices. There is no cost to remove this from your account if you choose to jump the iOS ship over to Android, but you will need to contact an agent either via 191 or social media here to remove this from your account.
