Is this happening in one place or everywhere ? Could be mast issue if in one place.
Is this happening if you insert your sim card in another phone. This is a good process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card.
Sometimes a sim swap can help.

Is this normal texts to non iPhone users i.e android phone's or imessages to iPhone users @Lanawilson that are not sending ?
If imessages ensure you have a Wi-Fi connection or Mobile Data Connection.
