Vodafone broadband app won’t connect to router

Hello everyone, I’ve had few problem recently with my broadband, long story short they sent me a new router I waiting few days for provisions and it’s working now finally. The problems I’m having is I’ve got the ultra hub with the booster so I’m trying to reconnect that to the new router. But the app just always says something went wrong, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, reset the router, but nothing I do seems to work. And I really need it working as the coverage upstairs is non existent, anyone help appreciated thanks
