This is a question your going to need to call customer services about as only they have account access @wilk19710
There is no account access via this forum.

Live Chat.
Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
The change should have been seamless to move to an esim on a Pay Monthly Contract.
I wish you all the best. Take care. 😎

hi all and thanks for your answers. i cancelled the request for the esim but was told it could take another 24hrs before they can reconnect my old one. later on yesterday afternoon i got the qr code sent through on an email for my esim connection,i needed my phone working so just connected the esim to my new phone which worked.
my other question now is will i still get an email to activate my old sim in my old phone and if i do can i activate it aswell and use my two phones with the same number? thanks

Unfortunately, @wilk19710 , now your eSIM has been activated, you wouldn't be able to have your standard SIM reactivated without losing your eSIM connection. A nice idea though having two phones with the same number.
Glad you received the QR code email your eSIM and were able to get it activated.

thanks for the answer,is there a way of having two phones with the one number?

No @wilk19710 each SIM would have it's own identification mobile number and T & C's as far as allowances would be concerned.
A workaround would be to have a PAYG SIM is the other phone, keep the SIM active with some chargeable activity and set up a divert for incoming calls from the pay monthly phone to the PAYG number.

If you have not received the QR code @wilk19710 , use the link here Contact Us ask to be put through to the Technical Team and they will email you a code immediately.
Hopefully, you will be up and running within a few minutes with your eSIM connected.
