iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max Preorders

Figured I’d start a thread on this as I’m sure I’m not the only one anxiously waiting to find out if I’ll receive my iPhone 14 Pro Max on Friday!

 

Has anyone else pre ordered? What have you gone for? I ordered the 14 Pro Max in Silver 128GB on preorder day - fingers crossed for Friday delivery but I’ve heard nothing yet.

Oh, I don’t know then. I had trouble with my delivery also. Took 2 attempts! Voda should be giving you answers tho! 

It’s crazy how you haven’t got it when you ordered on the 9th. I ordered mine on the 15th and received it last week….

Yea then got email out of blue saying being delivered the next day

It has been (Confirmed - Back order) since 23rd of September. waiting 3-4 weeks.

and every time I speak with the advisors on messenger chat (no valid answer I receive from them) 3w+ have passed and I don't know even if it is normal ?! as this is my first experience with Vodafone and it seems to be very bad, unfortunately.  

 

 

Still no luck? I ordered mine 16th and it says 2-3 week wait... but judging by everyone else i wont be seeing it for much longer

I have pre-ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max on 13/09. My order was updated from "back-order" to "complete" on 05/10.

 

Since then I was chatting to the support 5 times. At first, they were unhelpful and my whole chats can be summarised as "wait for the SMS that will arrive tomorrow". Obviously the mythical SMS has never arrived.

 

On 17/10 I thought we have reached some breakthrough as I had a chat with the support team and for the first time they actually investigated what happened. They've told me, that even though my order was moved to the "complete" status, there is no physical phone attached to it. Their manager got involved and they tried to reach the warehouse to find out what is going on, however they didn't manage to. Instead they have raised a request to the warehouse to investigate. They've told me it will take the warehouse employees 2-24 hours to action their request. At this time I really thought that the problem will be resolved. They've also told me to "wait for the SMS that will arrive tomorrow". As you might know by now, this didn't happen.

 

On 18/10, after the 24 hours passed, I've decided to talk to the support team again. I quoted the request number that I was given on 17/10. The person I was talking to said that request has been escalated and... I should "wait for the SMS that will arrive tomorrow".

 

At this point I don't even want to talk to the support team anymore as I believe it's not going to fix anything.

 

EDIT: Literally five minutes after posting this I've received an email from Vodafone saying that my phone was dispatched.

I ordered my iPhone 14 pro max 128gb on 16th Oct, and to my surprise I got a text last night.(19th) saying “ Good news-your order is now in stock and will soon be on its way.
DPD will be in touch with a delivery slot.
Thank you for your patience and choosing Vodafone “ 

 

and today I received the device, hope you get yours soon.
