I need help to get my lost phone blacklisted but unfortunately, Vodafone is not ready to Barr the lost phone for me simply because I did not buy the phone from them. I have been with Vodafone on a sim monthly plan for over 8 years. somebody help pls.

Stolen lost phone Vodafone claimed they already blacklisted my lost phone after sending my proof of purchase to them but proof of purchase Vodafone said my device has not been blacklisted.
I also checked online via IMEI.info and showed device is clean.

I have made numerous calls and different customer service teams from Vodafone telling me differently or giving me different advice.

Can somebody help me because I'm stuck right now and won't be able to claim my lost phone with my insurer.

We have seen this on past posts where a person has encountered difficulties in getting Vodafone to blacklist a phone that wasn't supplied directly by them.

As long as the phone has been used on the network recently then the phone should be logged i.e imei details.

As an independent i.e Carphone Warehouse etc can't apply an imei block as only a network can then Vodafone should be helping.

Try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

You can also raise a Complaint.
