Figured I’d start a thread on this as I’m sure I’m not the only one anxiously waiting to find out if I’ll receive my iPhone 14 Pro Max on Friday!
Has anyone else pre ordered? What have you gone for? I ordered the 14 Pro Max in Silver 128GB on preorder day - fingers crossed for Friday delivery but I’ve heard nothing yet.

Hi @Beth I have contacted them and I am now being told that they haven't received my loan agreement signature even though I signed it on the 7th of October, that being the day after I placed the order

Hi @KeylockJ 👋 I`m really sorry to hear this was not received by us. We do send out a confirmation of your loan agreement once signed, if we don`t receive it we send reminders to complete the signing of your agreement. If it isn`t then signed in time the order is normally cancelled and at that point you are able to place another order.
Our Social Team will be able to confirm if these reminders were sent to you, but for a new order to be raised you would need to do this via our sales channel or online.

@Andy it was signed on time but the system didn't take my signature properly and it didn't process through to the warehouse team

@Andy yeah I have messaged the team on messenger, just waiting for a reply now. I hope that it can be replaced as I placed the order on the 6th October and it's now the 29th, so I really don't wanna wait any longer!
