Hi, the My Vodafone app is not working for me at all. When I try to open I get error code 8401 but am unable to find anything on Google relating to this error code.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Tried clearing the cache and the data.
I'm using a Samsung S21 Ultra
It's been like this for at least a week, possibly more. I am unable to access any feature on the app at all. Can anyone please help?

Hi- I would try reistalling but for some non-sensical reason, Vodafone UK is the only Vodafone market for which the all is not available on the app stores globally. It is only on the UK app stores. Makes it a huge pain as I need to log out of my local App Store and l log in- a huge deal !
