WiFi calling has disappeared. After resetting and checking with customer services it worked once. Now, even with airplane mode on and wifi on I get message turn airplane mode off and wifi on. Any further help would be appreciated.
My wife and I live in a house with no signal so are dependent on wifi calling. Both of our Sony phones on Vodafone have stopped working on wifi calling this afternoon. I went through all the obvious resets but to no avail, so called Vodafone. They are taking many similar calls so assume there is a problem with their equipment that is under investigation.
