I sent a phone away for repair, I was just wondering how long it will take to hear from someone regarding costs? It is at repair in progress now, but I've not heard anything.

It's unlikely Vodafone would be able to give a timescale. As soon as the device has been assessed @Taymack195 you will be sent a notification. The only thing you can do is to follow the information on this link: How do I book a device in for repair?

Customer Support on 191 or Live Chat should be able to get you a progress report.
They wouldn't proceed with a chargeable repair without your consent.
