Visual voicemail not working on Android/Pixel phones?

Hi,

I am unable to switch on visual voicemail in the Google Phone app settings. Google have said that it's due to the operator (Vodafone) not supporting it. How is this fair to customers considering Vodafone supports iPhone visual voicemail since like 2020? 

Does anyone have information on when Vodafone can bring this in place?

Hi @FluteSalad, Visual Voicemail is only available to IOS users using an iPhone 5S or later and on at least iOS 12, it's not available for android users yet, but we will announce when it will be available on this page here.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Do you have any indication as to when we will get it, or can confirm it's actually in the works? Like, do you know for sure that Vodafone is working on this? Thank you.
