Z fold 3, no starter kit?

So, finally, my z fold 3 arrived today, very pleased with it. But I didn’t receive the starter kit?

tried chat but the answer wasn’t very useful, jyst “we will tell Samsung” eh?

have you all received you starter kit with the phone?

When you ordered the phone was the Samsung Starter Kit also ticked on the order for it to come @akeister 

It's Samsung that sends these.

Check your initial order to make sure it says it was on the order.

Unfortunately if it isn't then Samsung won't send it even though its an offer on till the 31st of December 2021.

That said try claiming one via the links in the link I've added.

I ordered my Fold³ direct through Samsung and recieved mine the same time as my phone.

Hey @akeister, there's some information on the promotion here. If you scroll down a little, you'll see all the information regarding claims, including the link for the starter kit; which I've pasted below: 

11. After purchasing a Promotion Product, Participants must visit: https://samsungpromotions.claims/starterkit (the “Website”), and complete the presented claim form by providing the requested information, in order to make an application for their Reward under the Promotion (a “Claim”).  The required additional information for a completed Claim may include the proof of purchase and IMEI number of the Promotion Product purchased.
