Hi,
We have an old V1 Suresignal and newer version , these do not work since a migration to a new Broadband provider utilising PPPOE.
There appears to be no lights after the initial switch on, the V1 box @ light does not flash and all three are off.
I have read many threads stating the PPPOE could be the issue? This is setup behind a Zyxel USG 100 firewall.
Or is there just the need for the devices to be reset/re-synched from your end and a manual reset on the devices?

No change plugged directly in to the router (Zyxel Zywall USG 100)
Do the devices support PPPOE connections?

We tried one of the devices in a different location and the lights were steady.

That is a pretty feature rich router you have there, and am going to guess it is the VPN feature set on it that is getting in the way.
I've had a quick look through the manual and couldn't see it, but if you can find an option for VPN Passthrough either in the Firewall or VPN settings (or anywhere else), then the IPSec traffic needs to be allowed through the router rather than it wanting to terminate the packets.
That tends to fix the problem on other devices, so could be a good place to start to look.
