2 solid lights. No Signal vIII

I've had a V2 sure signal for quite some time but over the last few weeks it hasn't been working, 2 lights flashing for a few hours, then nothing for a few hours.

Anyway I thought I'd have a new one, a V3, big mistake and now I don't think there was anything wrong with the V2.

New V3 Sure Signal No... 42152667095

So I de-register the old V2 sure signal and try to register the new V3 model, nope it's not having any of that........... See pic

Plug the V3 in, nope it's not having any of that either, power light flashes and 2 right hand lights stay solid orange...... See pic

The thread these light were copied from, most of the links are broken.

My internet speed is fine, there's not a port or firewall problem.

@Park_Ranger – Please clear your cache, cookies and try to register your new Sure Signal again (also test this from a different browser, if it brings up the same error).

If it’s still not allowing you to register it, please send us your details by following the instructions in this private message.

Tried 2 different browsers on 2 different PC's, still the same................

That's it, just contact support ?

I've actually ended up using the forums as I'm really at the end of my tether ringing up the tech support only to be passed around until I inevitably get told to turn my phone off for 48 hours or whatever the standard reset tip seems to be that day.

That said I have had one occasion on the phone where they did something at the other end of the line and 20 mins later the Suresignal was working but I have tried to get them to repeat the same step but to no avail. The phone support can work but you really have to have a good amount of free time spare to wait around on the phone.

The Vodafone phone I have is actually a work phone which is ironic because all I seem to do is try to get the phone working.

I was hoping for a bit more help here.

I'm having nightmares about support already !!!!

Well support did actually call me, after a stressful (Trying to understand) few minutes my sure signal was registered on my account.

And it is actually there, shown as active with actual phone numbers on it.

But it's still not working, after turning it on or resetting it I get a solid red power light for a while, and the 1st, I asumme connecting light flashes slowly, after a few minutes it seems to give up and goes to red light flashing and 2nd two lights solid orange,

Any advice here, or idea's ?

@Park_Ranger

That light sequence means that we were unable to find the location of the Sure Signal.

Have you entered the correct postcode, for where the Sure Signal is being used?

Please let me know your external IP address too.

IP Address 46.237.131.2

Postcode and address correct.

Anybody ?
