3rd gen suresignal does not connect

left most red light comes on solid

internet light slowly binks on and off.. activity light on rj45 port blinks occasionally.. router confirms non-conflicting IP assigned..

Never gets past this. I've reset router, pressed & held reset button on sure signal, manually powercycled. Problem for at least 4-5 days
