Hello,
I was recently upgraded to a 4g contract for my samsung s4. All was fine, a strong 4g signal everywhere i went.
I then signed a new contract for another 2 years. On that day my 4g died and i have not got it back. I have spoken to multiple advisors from vodafone who have given me new APN settings and an assurance that once i enter the new information it will definiately work. Alas, is does not.
Has anyone else had a similiar issue?

The answer turned out to be that the 4g had been removed from my account. None of the 4 people i spoke to about the issue thought to check if the service was on my account.
