My 4G is not working on my iphone it is on 3g. i have selected 4G but it just doesnt work and is always 3G.

Or when in a Vodafone High street store they may let you use their in house phone to call customer service.

I used live chat again and this time the problem was solved.They activated my 4G for my account and sim.I then left it on and it went to 4G. I have 4G.Yesssssss
