I have had a report that one of my users is no longer able to connect to our Sure Signal. To investigate this, I have tried to log in to my account online but it is no longer being recognised. It would appear that it has been removed for some reason. However, the power light and connection lights are solid, which I assumed meant we had a valid account.
Please could you look into the registration status of the Sure Signal with serial number: 40113857045.
If the account has been disabled, please can this be re-enabled?

The Sure signal registration looks fine and the online account issue is a separate problem all together.
