Adding Dongle To My Account

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to add my 3G dongle account to my monthly phone contract, just so I can have the same login.

Hi Britman

My Account will recognise that you have a second connection on your account and it should automatically show this.

We have had recent issues, where new connections do not show immediately, but they do not need to be added manually to your My Account log in by yourself.

Have you logged in and it doesnt show?

When did you take out the connection with the dongle?

hi Claire,
I've had the dongle for a while, it's a PAYG one so I don't know if this has any relevance? The dongle doesn't show when I login to my phone contract account, I did look at adding it via the add device section but the dongle isn't listed.
They are two separate accounts, the dongle I had before the phone.

Hi Britman, cheers for the extra info :)

If the dongle is Pay as You Go, you'll need to have a separate account for it at the moment as you can only add contact numbers onto one online account
