Adding new users to sure signal

Hi,

I have managed to initially add 2 people but now everytime i go to add anyone it comes up with 'Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. If you keep seeing this message, please contact us through the help centre.'

But i have tried clicking the link which does not work, and i have tried throughout the day, and still getting the same message?

Any ideas how I can add more people?

I've seen past posts with similar glitches. 

Perhaps try Live Chat from my link below from a computer. They should be able to help.
