Have a new Sure Signal box for the last month (since previous one at same address died). My phone recieved a strong 3G signal from it but none of the other registered users do. I have de-registered and re-registered it but to no avail.
All of the other users have changed phones/sim in the last year although keeping the same numbers?
Does it need a resync? The Serial Number is: 42152241743
