Hi, we have a flashing red and a solid yellow last light. Network socket shows one solid and one flashing. Registered successfully (apparently) 4 days ago. IP issued (you'll be able to see that). Reset SS3 and rebooted modem. No port-forwarding visible in HH5 interface. Upnp set to ON in the HH5 interface. Can't find the MTU settings.

Found the Port Clamping setting, rebooted the router and reset the SS3. Waited 12 hours and traced again. Same.

Thank you for your attention. The lights changed the other day. Solid red thesedays and 2nd lamp was busy for a while. I look forward to the end of the 6 hour window and see what's happening.

Well, for the first time ever the Sure Signal v3 is showing as Connected in the HH5 interface.
Have
1st light: flashing red
penultimate (3rd?): yellow
last: yellow
No sign of the phone signal improving though.

I did a reset early today.
Reverts to the same set of lights;
1 flashing red,
2 off
3 yellow/amber
4 yellow/amber
This is really soaking up time. First we had a good 3G signal, then we were "upgraded" and now the signals slip by like zephers... and now I am recommended SureSignal. Not so Sure.
