Another sure signal not working!

I bought a sure signal v3 yesterday.

Received an email (no SMS) stating it was registered.

The 'connecting' flashing light has been flashing for 12 hours but no connection.

 

Any help would be good, before I return it!

@gwion23 - You need to leave this connected for 24 hours to allow everything to update.

 

Everything else you’ve posted looks fine, if you’re still having issues after this amount of time, let us know what light sequence you’re seeing and we can look into this further.

One slowly flashing (fading) white light.  (1st after power, which is on)

no 3G connection.

Not too impressed, to say the least!

As the Sure Signal has made no connection to our servers.

 

The next step would be to test the Sure Signal at a different location preferably with a different internet connection.

 

I'd recommend taking it around to a friends house Smiley Happy
