sure signal v3

we  have just moved houseour sure signal was working but now is not, it has a red light flashing and lights number 1 and 3 are solid orange. Please can you help me

I have gone through the help guide and tried all the steps with no luck

including all the reset options

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
