Awaiting iphone 5s for 6 weeks.

My partner signed up for a new contract on the 20/09/14 with an iPhone 5s 32Gb. She is still awaiting delivery of the phone. She has tried phoning but the customer service representative doesn't know. The vodafone order still states waiting on stock.

Is there an issue with stock? I can't believe that a huge provider like vodafone cannot get phones quicker and it does nothing for customer satisfaction.

I can supply any details required to check.

We no longer sell the iPhone 5s 32GB.

This is probably why nothing has happened with the order.
