BES Activation

Hi, I am currently running an orange payg sim but I think they have lost the plot with Blackberry!

I do some software testing, handset specific, and I have been asked to set up my Blackberry to take BES services. I rather gather it is not a simple process of switching plans or sim card, at least it is not with orange so; can vodaphone offer the service, how much is it and who do I talk to about getting it set up?
