For some time with my previous BT 2Wire router I had occasional problems with the sure signal in that I could hear people calling me but they couldn't hear me. A simple reset usually solved it, albeit temporarily.
I have now upgraded to a BT Business Hub 3.0.
The problem is now persistent and callers cannot hear me at all.
I contacted BT and set ports as below
TCP 8
TCP 50
UDP 123,500, 1723,4500
The problem persists.
Any help would be appreciated

I have also contavted BT who after several tests say there is an apparent line fault. Therefore, lets see what happens there and I'll get back to you if the problem persists.
