BT Home Hub 5 and SureSignal

Help!

 

My suresignal has been fine for the past year - however it now has a flashing red light and solid amber light (far right icon)

 

I have assigned a static IP forwarded the reccommended ports to the sure signal device and reset it I dont know how many times, factory resets and normal resets, tried different ports and ethernet cables

 

What I noticed this morning is that in the Home Hub manager pages the sure signal displays as connected for 15 minutes or so then it shows as not connected, in fact if i refresh after 15 minutes it does not even show as any device connectiong to the port its connnected too. any ideas please folks

 

This is pretty cruical for me as I run a home business and need a signal
