Balance/data usage check

Hi all,

I've not been able to check my data/balance usage online for the last few days keep getting "sorry unavailable" message, tried contacting customer services got the same massage” sorry unavailable" anybody else have problems checking there balance etc. I've had this problem in the past but it was put right within a few hours this time it's been going on for days.

I have the same problem - when I login to my account it doesn't show me my usage anymore. I've tried several times to email vodafone through the 'contact us' section and everytime there is an 'error' and the email doesn't get sent.

 

Can anyone help?

Hiya.. I'm sure you've had this question a lot lately, but can you help me with a problem I'm having? I can't seem to access my data usage for my mobile broadband dongle. I've had my dongle for well over a year but never had this problem until recently.

I am also having the same issue.  I've not used my dongle for a few months, topped up with £15 yesterday and I'm not seeing my remaining allowance.
