Billing issues

I have a 2gb, unlimited minutes and text package. However, my minutes and texts referesh every month on the 1st, but the data package only refreshes on the 5th of each month. Again, tried numerous times to get this fixed but the issues have been lost in the abyss that is vodafone support.

How do I get this fixed ?
