Hi Vodafone
Hope you can help with my wifes account, she has been repeatably what i think is over charged for her phone on data. i understand she has gone over in the past but charging 3 times in 3 days does seem a bit much. I called last night and had to wait for over 25 mins the first time to be cut off and the second took 45 min to get through to be told i was wrong. i was promised a call back today but have yet to recieve this and dont think i will. i was going to get another contract but the more i try to get through and things not resolved i feel i need to cancel the other 3 contracts and move on. i have been a customer for 15 - 16 yrs and feel it is getting worse. pleasse call or contact me as i dont want to pay another bill on the 4th to have to try to haggle it back........

When you go over your Data Allowance, you are charged per chunk of 250MB.
As an example say used 650MB in a day above you allowance you will see 3 charges as you need 3 Chunks 250MB to cover the 650MB, with remaining 100MB available for use until you are charged for next chunk.
If your wife is regularly using more data then either change the Tariff with more data or buy Data pack.
Changing a Tariff will mean you have to keep that until end of contract, while data pack can be switched before your Billing date and you don't have to pay next month.

SHE WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES IN THREE DAYS AND DID NOT USE ALL THE DATA FROM EACH PACK DA1 WAS 43MB DAY 2 WAS 200MB AND DAY 3 60MB ISH??
