Blackberry Q10 vs Classic

I've had the Q10 for 2 years. Didn't like it to start with. No trackpad and other features missing. Following several updates the features are back. I am due an upgrade. So do I move to the Classic and tie in to another 2 years just for the trackpad?

Has anyone moved from the Q10 to the Classic? Was it worth the hassle? I would be grateful for advice. Is there more to the Classic than the return of the trackpad for those that had Q10? You can really only answer rhis if you had a Q10 before. Thanks.

I used the Q10 for a while but haven't had any time with the Classic yet. There are several comparison videos on the internet that are worth a look

Just been to every mobile phone store in the Mall, Cribbs Causeway Bristol. None stock the Classic. So still got able to hold one to compare. What chance have RIM got. Hopefully someone on here can help. So far I've only come across those that went from the bold to the classic. None yet from the Q10 to the classic.

Thank you. Nothing in that video to sway me to upgrade.

I have yet to talk with someone that has gone from Q10 to Classic so would like to keep this running please. As things stand I cannot see a reason to sign up to another 2 year deal for a phone that is so similar to the Q10. No criticism of Vf. I went into a number of stores to find that no one stocks the classic.

@wynmorgan

It's an odd one but these can only be ordered into store as they don't hold stock.

They should still have a display device though and I'll feed this back.

you can't get a feel of the passport either, why offer the phone if your shops don't stock the bloody thing.

There's very little on Voda website now about Blackberry.  I've had the Q10 for two years, and basically it has much improved.  However, time to upgrade - should I forget Blackberry.  What about their promise of a PRIV - is it real??

You can check our Coming Soon page for the latest upcoming devices. The page is updated regularly with all the releases we have.

It doesn't say anything about the Blackberry Priv.  Why direct me there if there's nothing to look at.
