Hiya,

I recently switched to the vodafone fibre home broadband from Sky. Never had any issues whatsoever with sky but since switching my broadband has been going off intermittently every night.

It usually starts going off around 7pm and will go off 4 or 5 times by the time i go to bed. It is usually off for around 5 minutes.

Has anyone else had this trouble and what will fix it?

Thanks

Hi,

It can very occasionally take up to 30 days for connection to settle.

How are you connecting to the router ?

You could look at changing wireless channel and or split the frequencies to 2.4ghz and 5ghz which may help.

Then you could also reboot the router.

And or....

I am using both frequencies, all goes off including ethernet connections. The red light on the front of the router starts flashing.

Have tried rebooting the router but made no difference.

Ok.

Please do speak with customer service and they'll check things from their end.

It could be the router is faulty in some way.
