1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? About a mile

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here. CV2 5LW

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Poor and intermittent signal

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All, your coverage checkers says good 4g indoors but I'm barely getting 2g

6) When did you first notice this issue? 5th Dec

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent

I have now submitted the form 4 times, each time i get the "Thank you for your email, we'll be in touch" but still no email with a reference number. so the details are:

• The type of issue being reported (service type, coverage/voice/data/SMS etc) = Poor / Intermittent Signal

• What are the symptoms being reported (please give as much information as possible) = According to your coverage checker I should be getting good 4G coverage indoors and outdoors, I had good 3G/4G for the past 2 years until around last Monday, since then I can barely get 1 bar on 3G and keeps cycling between “emergency calls” and barely 1 bar.

• Issue start date and time = 05/12/2016

• Make and model of phone = Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ (3 months old)

• Specific examples of dates and times of failures, from the last 24 hours = Constant issue

 

I have already reset my network settings and swapped my sim with my wife's identical model phone who is on 3 and the same issue was present on her phone but my phone was fine with the 3 sim card. Also the signal is fine if I travel away from my home address.

 

the form doesn't work if you guys can't deal with it without the form i'll just email the CEO!.
