Call Forwarding just keeps switching off

Hi All

We have a 5S at work running IOS11.2.1

This is a call out phone for emergencies, as a group we often forward the calls to another handler if we have any issues or cant attend the call out.

A few weeks ago the call forwarding function just stopped working

As soon as you set the number the funtion just switches off

I have spoken with customer servises but no help

Can anyone shed any light on how we can get this working again?

To eliminate a network problem, could you try the SIM in another device - ideally one running a different OS, or at least a different version of iOS?  You could also try the shortcode: ***21*[number]#, then SEND - if you haven't already.

Perhaps try cancelling All Diverts first via > Key in ##002# and press the call icon.

Then reset it back up.
