When logged into My Vodafone, there is an option under Services and Extras called Bars and Data Alerts.
One of the bars offered is "Calls whilst abroad bar, except back to UK, Outgoing only" and the explanation reads, "Control the use of your phone - and your costs - by stopping calls being made on it while you're outside the UK apart from those to the UK or within the country you're visiting"
However when one turns on this bar, the explanation then reads: "At the moment, you're stopping calls from being made from your phone to the UK and all other countries - including the one you're visiting - while you're abroad. To allow these, just switch off this bar"
This is obviously a bug as it is not doing what it is supposed to, the bar as explained is exactly what i want for this phone, to be able to make calls for example in France and back to the UK but not to other countries which may be chargeable but last time we were in France we could not make any calls from this phone at all.
Please get this fixed, its really not acceptable for a firm such as Vodafone to have such huge glitches for such long periods of time.
