As far as I am concerned My bill has been paid, however , every time I want to make a call I hear this 'this number is restricted please contact you customer care agent' and I also can't use my internet without wifi, I really can't comprehend why this has happened- I feel extremely frustrated and angry that I basically can't use my phone! Even when I try to call my 'customer care agent' it won't let me. Please can someone help me urgently, this is unbelievable and i want it to be solved as soon as possible.

Vodafone don't restrict a number without a valid reason and usually with prior warning. The quickest way to get this solved is by using live chat for account access, there is a link on the contact us page below.

I can certainly understand how frustrating the situation is.
May I ask do you pay via Direct Debit or manually ? If manually then the payment can sometimes not show straight away.
If.you can't get access to a working Vodafone sim card to call 191 then you can ring them from a working phone on
03333 040 191 from other UK landlines or mobiles (standard call charges apply)
