Can I sell my phone and iPad whilst they are still in contract?

Hi. In need of some advice. I have read so many articles about selling devices whilst in contract, I am confused.

i have an iPad into its 12th month of contract. The T&C's say I own it after 6 payments. Is this correct? Can I sell the iPad and just pay the contract until it's ended?

I also have a Samsung Galaxy phone, which is just coming up to 6 months. The T&C's do not reference ownership on 6 months payment. Does this mean I own the phone from the start of the contract and can sell it OR does the omission in the T&C's mean I can't sell the phone until the end of the agreement?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi. There used to be a minimum time before you could sell on a device but that is no longer the case, you can sell your devices but, as you say, you must continue to pay the contract.
