Can anyone tell me the email address to send a complaint email to?

Can anyone tell me the email address to send a complaint email to?  I was told by their custome rservice team to send it to enterprise at help.vodafone dotco dotuk

Funnily it bounced back but luckily i also sent it to nick.jeffery at vodafone dotcom; Vittorio.Colao at vodafone dotco.uk   and those have not bounced back, well not so far.

Hi,

There isn't an email address to use to send a complaint. 

All avenues are in > Vodafone Code of Practice.

Is there anything we as fellow customers can guide you on ?

The Vodafone Community forum is monitored by Vodafone U.K. There are members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name so a person knows they are officially Vodafone.

You'll find that if you've emailed Nick Jeffery then you'll have the Directors Team getting in touch with you within a few days.
