Can't Add New Users to Sure Signal

When I try to add new users to my Sure Signal I get the following message...

 

Sorry, there seems to be a problem.

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013 - [2j2]

 

Any ideas?

Hi

 

My suggestion would be to clear caches and cookies and try again or try another browser. 

 

If you still have issues with this glitche then customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help.

Thanks. I've been trying through my iMac and work Windows laptop and get the same problems. Already tried doing things like clearing history, cache etc.

I note you mention a works pc. 

 

I'm wondering if it has some form of software restricting/ firewalling something off.

It worked adding someone originally before. Vodafone's response was that there's something odd in my account. Will have to wait and see what this "odd" thing is I guess.
