Hello, I purchased a sure signal yesterday. I definitely have internet access but the sure signal has the "connecting" light flashing for a few hours and then shows the two orange still lights which indicates it can't access the internet properly. I have unplugged and reset it (button on bottom) three times and the undertaken the whole process again and again only to get the same result. Any ideas?
