After using sure signal for the last year or two I am no longer recognised as the administrator. I phoned support last night and was asked the "name" of my sure signal which I haven't got a clue. Also I was asked how many numbers I have on the sure signal. I don't know the answer to that either, as I frquently add and take away numbers, - it is in a holiday house with no phone signal. My mobile fell in the sea a few months ago and I got another one and attached the old number to it. I am guessing that was when the "Manage my Sure Signal" button disappeared from my Vodafone account. I would like to get reinstated please as I need to add a couple of new numbers. Please advise.
