I have an issue I want to discuss with Vodafone but don't have the time (or the inclination) for a long phone discussion and having to hang on for hours while they check it out. The link here for Live Chat (after clicking Pay Monthly) is not clickable. Would anyone happen to know how to get into it? I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.

Thanks, but that just goes to the same place as the link I posted. Maybe it's a Chrome issue?

It seems to be working fine for me using Google Chrome on a Windows 10 laptop.
But it is my impression that Chrome is a bit more liable than other browsers to suffer "trapped errors" when using the Vodafone website - I find that clearing cache and cookies usually does the trick, but it isn't always convenient to have to do that.
