Can't login to suresignal account

Hi

I've got a Sure Signal at home which I purchased some time ago, I've not lost access to the Vodafone account I used to manage it.

Can you advise how I can de-register it so I can set it up on my wifes account as this is where we have our mobiles registered.

Hi there

Was the account it was registered against in your name?  If so, what happened to the account?

If it was in your name. one fo the eForum Team will be able to assist you with getting the device deregistered adn they will be along in about 48 hours or so.   It amy take a little bit longer than that due to the upcoming Christmas holidays.  Once it has been deregistered, you will be able to register it again against your wife's account.

If the Sure Signal hasn't been used for 12 months it'll be automatically deregistered and we'll be unable to reactivate it.
