Hi there, can anyone help please?
I know this has been posted before but cant find an answer as I think its a user specific problem.
I have had a Sure Signal for some time now and hav also set one up for my inlaws who live a few streets away. We are both in bad signal areas. They have both worked fine and we have evryone we need registered on them.
However, when I have just logged into my account and gone to 'My Sure Signal' all I can see is the option to unregister and also that I am a user on my inlaws account.
We have also tried logging in via my wifes account as we set them up at the same time just in case we used hers.
I do think when I set it up 2 years ago I may have had a temporary number as I was porting back over from O2 but cant remember what that was.
Can anyone help please?
