Cancelling my contract

Hi how do I cancel my contract as I'm paying for a service which I'm not getting?

My phone keeps crashing, freezing and the GPS never works and now my phone is not being supported anymore I have put up with all the carrying on for long enough now.

I have tried on live chat for help but go nowhere and for being a loyal customer (10+ years) I was offered a massive £55 off the upgrade.

Hi @RAYVONWILKO

Depending on the contract you are on and criteria needed, there is the flexi upgrade option. Details here.

If you are being quoted early termination charges of £500.00 for your present contract, it may be cheaper to buy the phone outright and when the current contract ends, change to SIM only.  Depending on the phone, this will be more expensive to start with buy work out cheaper in the long run.

TBH I just want a phone that works when I need it too.

Hi @RAYVONWILKO

Quite agree.  You would be able to pick up an S8 SIM free for just under £700.00 but there are cheaper options.

Take a look at the PAYG phones on the website, you only need to change the APN settings from pre paid to contract for your internet access.  There are phones available for less than you are being quote for termination charges.
