I receive my bills by email but can't log into my account. Despite a number of emails and calls into your shops I am still unable to get anywhere. This is so frustrating. Is the only real choice if I want this information to change provider?

Did you receive any replies to your sent email to Vodafone? I ask as generally Vodafone do not have a manned online email address.
If this was my situation if the resetting options in myvodafone isn't working and cannot access myvodafone online and or the myvodafone app (deleting the app after clearing its caches if possible and re download it) I'd contact Live Chat and or Customer services who'll take you through the security protocols and then should be able to reset it.
Please take into consideration that not every Network provides the same signal strengths and Data Speeds everywhere, and in the same area. I assume to this point Vodafone have overall supplied a useable Service. Moving Networks may affect this.
